Mark Reyes

Mark Reyes has spent his life building. For many years, he constructed and remodeled homes before serving two decades as a residential and commercial building inspector. His deep knowledge of construction, paired with his passion for teaching apprentices in homebuilding, automotive repair, and gardening, makes him an invaluable force in shaping this project.

As Director of Construction & Planning for Global Youth Vision of Hope, Mark is helping transform farmland in Sorsogon into a thriving, sustainable village for children. He works side by side with local architects and partners to ensure that every structure is designed with both function and long-term sustainability in mind.

Together with Rose, his wife of 52 years, Mark has long shared a love for the Philippines and its people. Over the years, he has always found ways to lend a hand to those in need. Now, his skills, dedication, and big heart are being poured into a mission that will give children a roof over their heads, and a place to grow, learn, and flourish.
